Child of the World

My name is Claudia Anfuso and I am a child of the world.  As the daughter of an Italian Diplomat I have grown up across continents, exploring the different languages and cultural contexts and flavors offered by this precious planet.

After attaining a B.A. in Psychology from Georgetown University, and some years successfully working in the burgeoning internet realm,  I embarked upon a lifetime of studies and explorations in various subject matters such as meditation, Yoga, Tantra, Advaita Vedanta and esoteric and spiritual sciences including Jyotiṣa (Vedic Astrology), Hasta Sāmudrika Śāstra (Indian palmistry), Vāstu (the knowledge about architecture and design theories from ancient India) , Chinese Polestar Astrology, and so on. My curiosity and committment has led me to explore deep and wide. I have also been very fortunate to meet and study with some extraordinary teachers and guiding lights in these ancient classical bodies of wisdom. They have lit the path underneath my feet, nourished deep knowledge, stoked the desire to know the truth,  and ignited the committment to be of benefit to all beings.

The Apparent Path

A formal 12 year Tantric Yoga Study Group in non-dual Śaiva Tantra enlivened in me a deep interest and attraction to the larger patterns of the cosmos and their relationship with the trajectories that awareness undertakes in becoming human and in immersing itself into its own manifestation.

Jyotiṣa, Hasta Sāmudrika Śāstra and Vāstu were a natural evolution of these interests, and I have had the infinite blessing to explore and delve into the fertile soil of these old world sciences for many years under the tutelage of renowned Master Hart de Fouw.  

I have also had the fortune of spending precious time with Liu Ming, Founder at Da Yuan Circle, exploring the Chinese Polestar Astrology system.

Additionally, as Production Manager for Science and Nonduality (SAND), I help create forums which bring preeminent thinkers from various scientific fields into dialogue with spiritual teachers, practitioners, and the community at large – together we peer into deep mysteries and seek answers to time-eternal questions, while honoring the unknown.

Inner Light

The study of the movement of manifestation as and in the matrix of time and space contributes every day to my expansion as a human being.  It is a path of self-discovery and self-awareness whose fruit is the shining light of wisdom, empathy and compassion. Furthermore, one of the joys of my life is to share this knowledge with others. There is no power greater than the knowledge of our true nature and of our interbeing.

Our true body is the body of the Universe.

I offer astrology consultations combined with deep vision and life experience. I also delight in sharing what I have had the pleasure and fortune to learn in the form of workshops, tutoring, and group classes.
